Registration
Registration is open for the 6th Symposium of the ICTM Study Group on Performing Arts of Southeast Asia (29 July – 5th August 2021). The schedule of the symposium is now available on our website. Due to the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic, this symposium will be conducted in Virtual-Mode hosted by the Tainan National University of the Arts, Taiwan.
Please note that all presenters MUST register as a member of the International Council of Traditional Music BEFORE presenting at the 6th PASEA symposium. Please join/ renew your ICTM membership or directly contact the ICTM Secretariat at secretariat@ictmusic.org. In these challenging times, the PASEA program committee has decided to reduce the registration fees for this virtual meeting. Those visitors who wish to attend this Symposium as non-members will be free of charge from the PASEA registration fee.
The registration fees cover costs for setting up a full symposium experience for attendees including subscription access to Zoom meetings which will be managed academic and professional technical team members to ensure security and solve technical problems. Registration fees also help fund performers fees, the pdf program booklet and publication costs of the 6th PASEA symposium proceedings to be published in 2022.
All presenters who take part in the program must register on or before 15 July 2021 (please do not wait until the last minute for registration).
The deadline for registration has been extended to 22nd July, 2021.
Registration Fee and Payment Instructions
*All transactions will be effected in Malaysia and the fee is inclusive of a 1.95 USD Paypal Transaction Fee and a 0.88 USD Application fee. Registration fees are nonrefundable if the registrants are unable to attend the symposium.

For bank transfer, when instructing your bank, please make sure that your name is clearly marked on the remittance advice allowing us to identify and approve your payment. Your registration will remain as pending until funds clear. The secretary-treasurer of ICTM PASEA will send you a final confirmation email with an invoice once your payment has been received. Please bear in mind that payment should credit our bank account within 5 days of your online registration.
